The easiest way to get to Dublin Airport from the city centre is definitely by car. Access roads for both terminals are in place, cutting down on congestion. In terms of budget, rental cars are generally cheaper than taxis, unless you plan on arriving in Dublin and seeing everything on foot. They are also more convenient than buses running fixed routes.
